MENA Capital Holding

In Jun-2014, MENA Capital invested in a diversified Shari’ah compliant real estate investment portfolio comprising master leasehold ownership interests in three properties located within the Houston Metropolitan Statistical Area. MENA Capital invested in the portfolios with the objective of capitalizing on the medium-term capital appreciation & periodic income returns (8.5% p.a.distributed quarterly). The three Properties comprising the Houston Multifamily Portfolio were sold in Jun-2017 with MENA Capital realizing a net IRR of 12.2% (target IRR of 10%) & total returns of 36.8% on its investment after a holding period of three years.
