U.S. Industrial Portfolio ("USIP") was a portfolio of 19 industrial properties leased to 16 tenants with an average remaining lease term of 14 years at inception (12 years at exit). The Portfolio was 100% occupied and comprised of nearly 4 million square feet of industrial space dispersed over 19 US cities and had a unique diversity of tenants, industries and geography with assets located in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. The investment was successfully exited in August 2014 generating above target IRR to MENA Capital after a holding period of circa 2 years.
